Each workout is a stand-alone, 90 minute drill. Workouts are available seven days/week.

how to register

Pre-registration is encouraged. You may register up to one week in advance. Register online by clicking the "Register Here!" button above. Then scroll till you find the workout your want & complete the checkout process. You may also sign up by phone or in person.

Cancellation Policy

Please call the pro shop to withdraw. You will receive a full refund or credit to your account as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a workout is cancelled due to weather or insufficient registration, a credit will be placed on your account.

Adult Tennis Workouts:

These 90 minute tennis workouts run weekly. Register for one or more! Format includes drilling on key strokes and competitive play against other participants. Fee is $18.00 per player/per workout. Register online through Plano Parks and Recreation or call High Point. 24 hour cancellation policy to receive refund. Weather-related cancellations result in full refund to individuals registered.
