Interested in personalized instruction?

Private lessons are a great way to improve your game. Our exceptional coaching staff is able to work with all ages and levels of players. They can assess player performance and tailor drills accordingly.

Semi-private or private group lessons are also available. It is up to the individual initiating the request to find and coordinate with other participant(s).

How to arrange for private lessons

Call High Point at (972) 941-7170, option 3. You may also submit a request via email.  In both cases, please be prepared to supply the following information:

• Name, phone number & email address
• Instruction for “Tennis” or “Pickleball”
• Name of preferred Instructor or “Not Sure”
• Level of experience & desired goals
• Your availability

The more details you can provide, the more quickly we’ll be able to get you out on the court & improving your game!

If you are not familiar with our staff, we encourage you to read their bios.  Your request will be sent to the requested instructor or assigned to one. That individual will then call you directly to discuss the details. All scheduling is done directly between the client and the instructor.

Rates & Payment

Private lesson rates range between $80.00 – $105.00 per hour, depending on teaching background & playing experience. There are also rates for larger private groups (sliding scale based on number of participants), and whether those groups prefer one or two instructors. For details on applicable rates, please contact the pro shop. All lessons are paid through the pro shop. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, personal checks (made out to “PLANO TENNIS CENTER”) and cash.
