Dencil is an experienced and dedicated Tennis Program Director with over thirty years of leadership in both adult and junior tennis development. At High Point, he is responsible for managing instructor assignments, overseeing adult team training for tournament play, and playing an integral role in the junior development tennis programs.

Prior to joining High Point, Dencil served as Managing Director of the Colonial Tennis & Swim Club in Ennis, TX, and as Director of Adult Tennis at the prestigious John Newcombe Tennis Ranch in New Braunfels, Texas. In his tenure at the Academy, he represented the organization at national and international tournaments and coached the John Newcombe International Touring Team. 

Before relocating to Texas, Dencil was Assistant to the Director and Head Tennis Professional at the Myrtle Beach Tennis and Swim Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He brings a wealth of experience and a strong educational background, having earned a Master of Science degree in Sports Management and Marketing from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina, where he also competed as a collegiate tennis player.
