GRAND SLAM ROOM

The second-floor rental space above our Pro Shop is the perfect venue for meetings, parties, and special events. Spacious and filled with natural light, it features a modern, stylish ambiance with large windows and a wraparound balcony overlooking the tennis and pickleball courts. With flexible seating arrangements, this versatile space can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger functions. It is equipped with AV technology for presentations and includes a kitchenette area for food catering options.

Whether you are hosting a business meeting, celebration, or social event, our rental space offers the ideal blend of professionalism and comfort. We offer both private and non-private rental options, with availability starting at 9:30 a.m.

Courts from balcony

   Non-Private Indoor or Outdoor Standard Use Reservation

  • Designated use of table/chairs only
  • Public is not restricted from entering and using the unused portion of the area
  • NO FEE, but reservation is required
  • Available during regular facility hours
  • Duration: 1 hour minimum, 2 hour maximum
  • Capacity: 15
  • Alcohol is prohibited

   Non-Private Indoor or Outdoor Partial-Use Reservation

  • Designated use of tables, chairs, TVs, microphone, refrigeration, and/or bar area
  • Public is not restricted from entering and using the unused portion of the area
  • FEE is $50 for Plano residents, $79 for non-residents, per hour
  • Available during regular facility hours
  • Duration: 1 hour minimum, 3 hour maximum
  • Capacity: 30
  • Alcohol is prohibited

 Private Indoor Full-Use Reservation

  • Use of tables, chairs, TVs, microphone, refrigeration, and/or bar area
  • Public is restricted from entering and using the unused portion of the indoor area
    • Public and rental guests will have access to the outdoor balcony
  • FEE is $165 for Plano residents, $205 for non-residents, per hour
  • Available during regular facility hours
  • Duration: 2 hour minimum, 4 hour maximum
  • Capacity: 100
  • Alcohol permitted
    • Hiring of Plano Police security guard is required for a minimum of 4 hours. Please contact High Point for information regarding the hourly rate. 

   Private Indoor and Outdoor Full-Use Reservation

  • Use of tables, chairs, TVs, microphone, refrigeration, and/or bar area
  • Public is restricted from entering and using the unused portion of the indoor and outdoor area
  • FEE is $240 for Plano residents, $285 for non-residents, per hour
    • Only 2 Full-Use Reservations per month are allowed
    • Rental must end by 11:00 pm
  • Duration: 2 hour minimum, 4 hour maximum
  • Capacity: 160
  • Alcohol permitted
    • Hiring of Plano Police security guard is required for a minimum of 4 hours. Please contact High Point for information regarding the hourly rate.
